My additional thoughts would only be that so many people do things because they are "fashionable" that they forget to look at things with their own eyes, listen with their own ears, and appreciate anything with their own hearts. --so true.
hmmm.... that is very interesting! I suppose it could be said that with the general decrease of society's appreciation for all things culturally and intellectually stimulating (museums, concerts, long books) in favor of the lowest common denominator (yes, I am in fact referring to shows such as the girls next door), that people just lack the ability to recognize and appreciate extraordinary talents and/or things of beauty unless it hits them over the head. Or perhaps I am too cynical. Thank you for finding this!
